Goldcrest in the garden.

These lovely little birds, one of the smallest in the UK, are more usually seen in coniferous woodlands. We regularly get them visiting my neighbour’s very tall leylandii and they tend to flit about so quickly that it’s hard to get a picture. This one took its time, even pausing for several song breaks, and I managed to get some pictures.
