Surrey365; Day 24. What a day!

I’ve got way too much for just one photo today! We went to Thursley NNR today, my favourite of all the places we walk. It was a bumper day for seeing interesting things; a lapwing in flight, a rare Dartford warbler, a thrillingly close encounter with a grass snake, and a fabulous (as long as it can’t touch me!) raft spider, Dolomedes fimbriatus. Here is that amazing creature, to start us off. 🙂
