A sunset moment

I took this last week on a miserable, rainy evening. As I drove past Broadwater Lake in Farncombe, the clouds parted to let the sunset glow through so I stopped to take a picture with my phone. A couple of hopeful canada geese made a beeline for me, and the shapes of their wake along with the raindrops on the water made a nice shot, I thought.

    • It was lighter than it looks here, Amelia – the phone (and my little camera) struggles with the contrast of low light, so it comes out either darker with lovely colours, or lighter but bleaches the light colours to nothing.

  1. Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head… and I wonder why geese don’t use umbrellas.
I’m trying to cheer you up šŸ™‚
