Ripening Barley
A recent walk through the barley fields at Hydon’s Ball showed me how the barley is ripening. I don’t know whether there was wheat growing here before, but there is quite a bit of wheat growing around the margins, along with field poppies which add a beautiful splash of colour.

No summer, but the two photos compensate much ‘-) the colour is absolutely beautiful. All your photos have good color character, I like it. Which brand of camera you have, I forgot.

Thank you Charles, I have a Panasonix Lumix TZ20. It’s a great all-round camera that’s light enough to always be in my bag.
